Reality

I've been thinking about reality and illusion lately. That made me think of John O'Hara who said upon hearing of George Gershwin's death, "George Gershwin died today, but I don't have to believe it if I don't want to."

To save us, reality is momentary, becoming altered immediately by distance and time.
